The QS200 Insertion Ultrasonic Flowmeter provides an accurate reading of liquid flow rate and accumulated flow. Designed to support commercial irrigation applications, the QS200 is available in five pipe sizes, ranging from 1 to 4 inches, and is available with a PVC tee or "insert retrofit" for replacement of existing paddlewheel flow sensors. 

The QS200's patented Transit Time Technology means there are no moving parts to wear out and low maintenance. Long-term stability and a high-resolution measurement range make it possible not only to measure water usage but also to monitor leak detection across your irrigation system.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can we connect the RT displays to QS200? Are they compatible?

Yes, both the RT40 and RT14 displays are compatible with QS200. We have a wiring connection document available for this; you can contact our sales team to request it.

Is the QS200 suitable with a dirty fluid application?

The QS200 can handle dirty fluid that contains up to 10% solid particles only.

Can the QS200 be installed in metal pipes?

No, the QS200 Insert and Tee housing material are both made of plastic, PPS and PVC respectively. It is not recommended to install it in metal pipes.

What other non-FLOMEC displays are compatible with the QS200?

Some non-FLOMEC transmitters that can be used with our QS200 include Baseline, Calsense, Hunter, Hydrawise, Hydropoint, Irrigreen, Rainbird, Rainmaster, and Toro. More information on compatability can be found in the compatability guides above.

Can I use the QS200 on fuels like diesel?

QS200 is not suitable with diesel or fuel application as it has an EPDM seal that has poor resistance on fuel.
